We are a growing construction company currently undertaking a project in *Elmina, Shah Alam*. We are looking for dedicated and experienced individuals to join our site team.

*--- OPEN POSITIONS ---*

*1) SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SSS)*

*Responsibilities:*

- Implement and monitor all safety procedures at construction site

- Conduct daily toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and safety briefings

- Ensure compliance with OSHA, JKKP/DOSH regulations

- Prepare safety reports, incident reports, and JSA/HIRARC documentation

- Liaise with Safety Officer, Main Contractor and authorities

*Requirements:*

- Valid Yellow Card (NIOSH Certified Site Safety Supervisor)

- Valid Green Card

- Registered with JKKP / DOSH

- Minimum 2 years experience in construction site (landed / high-rise project preferred)

- Knowledge of safety management system and Malaysian safety regulations

- Able to work at Elmina, Shah Alam

*2) ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER*

*Responsibilities:*

- Assist Project Manager in daily site operations and project coordination

- Monitor site progress, manpower, material and quality of works

- Coordinate with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and suppliers

- Prepare progress reports, site meeting minutes, and progress claims

- Ensure project is on schedule and within budget

*Requirements:*

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent

- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Assistant Project Manager / Site Engineer

- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently and under pressure

- Willing to be based at Elmina, Shah Alam
