Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution from inception to completion.
Monitor project progress, budgets, resources, and performance against established targets.
Develop construction programmes, work schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
Manage project contracts, cost control, progress payments, claims, and financial reporting.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.
Review design drawings, technical submissions, and specifications to ensure buildability and compliance.
Ensure compliance with Singapore building regulations, BCA, MOM, SCDF, and WSH requirements, as applicable.
Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and site performance.
Lead project meetings, guide junior staff, and provide regular reports to senior management.
