Security Engineer (AI Guardrails & Cloud/AppSec Systems)

About the Role

Join a global leader in AI innovation building general-purpose autonomous AI agents that bridge human intent and real-world execution. We are looking for a hands-on Security Engineer to secure the frontier AI platform, multi-cloud infrastructure, and execution environments at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build security boundaries for autonomous agent runtimes—focusing on tool call authorization, execution sandboxing, sensitive data protection, and prompt injection defenses.
• Implement and operate security controls across global cloud environments (AWS/GCP), covering IAM, workload isolation, secrets management, and network security logging.
• Conduct threat modeling on new features early in the SDLC, develop incident playbooks, and lead technical root-cause investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of hands-on security engineering experience in product security, AppSec, cloud security, or offensive security.
• Strong proficiency in developing security tooling or automation scripts using Python, Go, or modern backend languages.
• Experience with LLM/AI security defenses (sandboxing, tool authorization, prompt injection), recognized contributions to bug bounty programs (e.g., HackerOne), or certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, or AWS Security Specialty.
