Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience in valves, pumps, piping or related industrial products; candidates with 6 years or more will be considered for the Senior Sales Engineer position.
• Experience selling to the Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage or other process industries.
• Existing customer network in Johor and Melaka is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and developing new business.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a hybrid, field-based role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence; willing to travel within Johor and Melaka.

Job Description:

• Promote and sell Products industrial valves, and actuator solutions to customers in Johor and Melaka.
• Achieve an annual sales target by growing both existing key clients and new accounts.
• Manage and grow key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with engineering, maintenance and procurement teams.
• Identify and secure new customers across the Oil & Gas, Marine, Food & Beverage and other process industries.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable valve, pump and piping solutions, working with principals and the technical team where needed.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations and tenders, and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations, site visits and technical discussions with customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and customer records, and provide regular sales reports to management.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
