We are looking for a PMO professional to support banking technology initiatives through project governance, planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Delivery documentation already identifies activities around planning and work breakdown structure, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, IT resource management/tracking, deliverable documentation, vendor activities and cost/payment tracking, which have been reflected in this JD

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, collate, and publish comprehensive project/program reports to stakeholders.

2. Coordinate periodic reviews, prepare MOMs, and track action items to closure.

3. Monitor project health status and provide timely reporting on all program aspects.

4. Execute resource management plans, including onboarding, training, and resource release.

5. Maintain a central repository for all deliverables.

6. Track and report on the implementation of best practices, processes, and standards/tools.
