We are working with a leading HR technology consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, partnering with enterprises across APAC to deliver HR digital transformation solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, Workday and Oracle HCM.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead end-to-end HR technology solution design across complex, multi-module implementations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guide consulting teams, drive pre-sales activities and ensure architectural integrity throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology consulting, ideally with a systems integrator or implementation partner.
• Strong solution architecture experience across multiple HRIS modules, including integrations and cross-module processes.
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors multi-module implementations; Workday or Oracle HCM experience will also be considered.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders, including HR Directors and C-suite executives, on solution design and technology decisions.
• Strong pre-sales experience covering solution proposals, RFPs, client presentations and effort estimation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor Lead Consultants, develop team capabilities and uphold delivery standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen and the ability to manage scope, risks and complex client expectations.
