The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering our client, a famous Tech MNC
• We are looking for a Mapping Data Specialist (Geospatial)
• The role will start out as a contract
• Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

The Talent

• Passionate about maps with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in operations, geospatial data, mapping, data annotation, marketplace operations or pilot execution.
• Detail-oriented, metrics-driven and understands how maps influence the product & customer experience.
• Strong capability in SOP design, QA frameworks, root-cause analysis and process improvement.
• A self-driven and highly motivated individual who can drive continuous project improvement
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced and impact-driven environment.
• Able to manage ambiguity and convert early-stage pilots into structured, scalable operations.
• Knowledge on data sources like OpenStreetMap is a PLUS.
• Proficient in QGIS is a PLUS

Job Description

• Collecting data using proprietary software & internal tools
• Monitoring, analyzing & grading large sets of geo data regular validation
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of our mapping team, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality geo data to our clients.
• Perform regular quality checks, translation & transcription where applicable
• Autonomous-Vehicle Grade Mapping
• Coordinate with cross-functional & local transport teams to drive projects
• Physical AI data operations
• Support the team leader/manager in data analysis and reports
