About the role

The ReFormd Group is a home-grown Singapore fitness and wellness group, and the team behind brands like Anytime Fitness, Body Fit Training (BFT), Forged by ReFormd and Shelter by RF. We are a friendly, supportive bunch who love helping people feel their best, and we are looking for an HR Executive to grow with us.

No prior HR experience is needed. Fresh graduates and career switchers are welcome. We care most about initiative, attention to detail and a willingness to learn, and we will train you on the rest.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for studio and corporate roles, including coaches and trainers: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including documents, system setup, first-day arrangements and orientation on company policies and studio safety
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations with MOM
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR files
• Assist with monthly payroll, CPF and claims processing
• Administer employee benefits, including medical, insurance and work injury compensation claims
• Manage leave records and track probation and confirmation timelines
• Support the performance review cycle, and assist managers with disciplinary and employee relations matters
• Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, salary and resignation letters
• Handle offboarding, including exit paperwork and final pay
• Plan and run staff engagement and wellness activities, such as team events and celebrations
• Answer HR questions from staff and managers, and escalate issues where needed
• Help keep HR templates, policies and processes up to date and compliant with the Employment Act
• Identify manual tasks that can be simplified or automated, and support HR projects as they come up

What we are looking for

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field (graduating students are welcome to apply)
• Proactive: you notice what needs doing and take the first step without waiting to be told
• Eager to learn and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in building a career in HR
• Meticulous and organised, especially with numbers, documents and deadlines
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Friendly, clear communicator who is comfortable working with people at all levels
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets
• Basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, and open to using them to work smarter
• Good to have: HR internship experience, basic knowledge of Singapore employment practices, or an interest in fitness and wellness

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
