About The Job

• Provide practical and risk-based legal advisory services across insurance and takaful operations, customer matters, and strategic business projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, software and SaaS arrangements, and procurement contracts.
• Advice on regulatory requirements, product governance, sales collateral, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Guide technology projects, data privacy compliance, personal data protection, and artificial intelligence governance frameworks.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B Hons); Called to the bar
• 5 to 7 PQE;
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracting, regulatory advisory, data protection (PDPA), and BN regulations
• Proven stakeholder management skills
