Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

ACCA, MICPA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.

3–5 years of full-set accounting experience, preferably with an audit or accounting firm background.

Some experience reviewing or guiding junior staff, or willing to take on a coaching role.

Strong understanding of double-entry accounting principles.

Able to identify the difference between minor formatting issues and accounting errors that may impact client decisions.

Willing to coach and develop junior team members.

Familiar with SST, e-Invoicing, and local statutory compliance.

Able to conduct client Zoom meetings and communicate clearly through written messages.

Preferably able to speak and read Mandarin.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently.

Manage your own client portfolio at approximately 60–80% of an Executive's caseload while maintaining the same deadlines and quality standards.

Review the work of up to 2 Executives before it is delivered to clients.

Review client-facing messages, including WhatsApp and email, prepared by the Executives you lead.

Brief Executives before client Zoom meetings and conduct debriefs after the meetings.

Conduct weekly one-on-one sessions with each Executive to review their work and progress.

Review a set number of cases handled by your Executives each month.

Coach Executives on technical accounting skills and soft skills, including client handling, message drafting, and meeting delivery.

Raise invoices and pass them to the relevant Executive for sending to clients.

Handle first-round collection follow-ups for your own client cases.

Provide guidance and support to Executives to ensure work is accurate and meets the required standards.
