• Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities to ensure timely availability of materials, products, and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and service.
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to understand purchasing requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, product quality, and supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities to improve procurement processes.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
