What you will be doing:

·       Preparing quotations and following up with customers using CRM

·       Supporting sales activities and maintaining customer records

·       Coordinating marketing campaigns, webinars and events

·       Creating basic social media content and blogs with the help of internal AI tools

·       Handling general sales and marketing administration

·       Behind-the-scene video content creation occasionally with some editing work using AI tools

Who we are looking for:

·       Someone organised, proactive, meticulous and responsive

·       Good written and spoken English

·       Comfortable with Microsoft Office, GHL, Linkedin, Facebook and learning new technology

·       Previous sales admin, marketing or office administration experience preferred

·       Able to work independently with minimal supervision

·       Singapore Citizens and PRs only
