About the Role

Acted as team lead and manage account managers within the Group Insurance Sales & Marketing team, responsible for client relationships, portfolio growth, client servicing, renewal and retentation of clients. You will drive the P&L responsibility and provide excellent services while manage the team to deliver client services, manage complex escalations, and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or relevant industry qualification.
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Account Management.
• Possess strong technical knowledge, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused, results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
