Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification required.

Possess 1-2 years of proven experience as a Barista, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques.

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.

Proficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient order processing and payment handling.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of various beverages, including ingredients, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are essential for interacting with a diverse customer base.

Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the quality and integrity of products served

Able to work as Shift (5.30am - 2.30pm / 11am - 8pm)

Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.

Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns with professionalism.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including brewing stations, counters, and customer seating areas, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance.

Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, notifying management of low stock levels and assisting with receiving and stocking deliveries.

Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, supporting colleagues as needed to achieve service goals.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, balancing the cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, to educate customers and enhance their experience.
