Responsibilities
Contract Executive | Hospitality Fit-Out | Kuala Lumpur
Ivana Décor builds hotels and commercial interiors across Malaysia. We're looking for someone who can keep the contracts tight while the sites move fast.
You'll:
Manage subcontracts, variation orders and claims
Prepare tenders, BQ and contract documents
Work with PMs and site teams to protect margins and timelines
You have:
Diploma/Degree in QS, Building or Construction
2+ years in contract administration (fit-out or construction)
Solid grasp of subcontract terms, VOs and payment claims
Strong Excel and Word, with clear, sharp writing
