POSITION

Full-Time Kitchen Prep Cook

SALARY

S$2,400–S$3,500 per month

ROLE SUMMARY

Handle washing, cutting, portioning, storage and daily ingredient preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash, cut, portion and prepare ingredients.
• Complete daily preparation according to kitchen requirements.
• Organise stock and store ingredients correctly.
• Minimise wastage and maintain station hygiene.
• Support daily kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Kitchen preparation experience is preferred.
• Basic knife skills and food-hygiene awareness.
• Responsible and able to work well with the kitchen team.
• Able to stand for long periods and work rostered shifts.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

10 net working hours plus 2 hours of meal and rest breaks per day; 5.5 rest days per month; rostered shifts.

Salary range is inclusive of basic salary and fixed overtime allowance. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the hourly basic rate in accordance with the Employment Act.
