We are seeking an experienced Beautician / Salon Manager to lead daily salon operations while delivering expert eyelash extension and nail services. You will drive team performance, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a professional salon environment.

Manage and motivate beauty therapists and salon staff to achieve performance goals

Address customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery to maintain client satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in the salon environment
Oversee inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and beauty product supplies to support service delivery
Support sales initiatives, promotions, and strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer retention
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures
