1. Data Processing, Documentation & Filing

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed.
• Assist the In‑Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.).
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees.
• Ensure all related documentation is properly P‑filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

1. Operational & Team Support

• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In‑Service teams during operational peaks.
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required.
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations.
• Undertake any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Diploma in any relevant field
• Strong ability to manage high‑volume activities while maintaining strict data confidentiality.
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• IT‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., handling large datasets, basic formulas, lookups).
• Organized, meticulous, and proactive in identifying and resolving data‑related issues.
• Experiened in SuccessFactors
