Job Summary

This role sits within the Group Compliance, AML/CFT & Sanctions Policy team and focuses on developing, maintaining, and advising on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) compliance frameworks across the organization.

Job Description

• Develop and enhance controls, policies, and procedures to effectively manage AML/CFT risks.
• Review and maintain Group AML/CFT policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Monitor regulatory developments, emerging risks, and conduct gap analyses.
• Present updates and recommendations to business forums and committees.
• Manage internal and external audits, reviews, and regulatory examinations.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide risk assessments and control self-assessments.
• Coordinate AML training and update training materials.
• Support AML and regulatory-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in Law, Finance, Business, Public Policy, Data/ Technology is advantageous.
• Prior compliance experience in financial institution is a plus
