What The Role Is

The officer will provide timely, logistics-focused data analytics to support evidence-based decision-making for resource planning, asset readiness, inventory management, logistics operations and sustainability.

This is 2-year contract position expiring Dec 2028. We wish to inform that all applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.

What You Will Be Working On

• Analyse demand patterns, asset utilisation, inventory trends, maintenance cycles and logistics performance indicators.
• Produce actionable insights and analytical briefs for LOGS leadership.
• Ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of all analytical outputs.
• Support leadership decisions on resource allocation, asset readiness and logistics sustainability.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to logistics, engineering and management stakeholders.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Strong applied knowledge of data analytics, statistics and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
• Domain understanding of logistics operations, asset management and inventory control.
• Ability to analyse complex, multi-source logistics datasets and translate planning questions into analytical approaches.
• Capability to adapt analytical methods as logistics systems evolve.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to influence logistics decision-making through data-driven insights.
