We are looking for an organised Claims Admin to support the administration of automotive warranty claims, ensuring complete documentation and timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and register warranty claims in the system.
• Check claim submissions for completeness and request missing documents.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, workshops, and the Claims team on claim status.
• Assist Claims Assessors by organising supporting documents, quotations, and service records.
• Monitor pending claims and follow up on outstanding information.
• Update claim records and communicate progress based on the Claims team’s instructions.
• Prepare claim reports and maintain accurate filing.
• Handle claim enquiries professionally and escalate technical or approval matters to the relevant personnel.

Requirements

• SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or claims processing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage; willingness to learn is essential.
