Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Operate Wire Bond equipment, perform material loading/unloading, and support production activities.
Follow SOPs for equipment operation, first article verification, and quality inspection.
Perform wire bonding visual inspections and identify defective products using a microscope.
Complete production records, conduct routine equipment checks, and maintain 5S standards.
Report process abnormalities, support production schedules, and carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor.
2. Basic Requirements
ITE and above
Basic computer skills.
Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible.
Good learning ability and strong teamwork spirit.
Able to perform microscope inspections, operate precision equipment, and handle repetitive tasks.
Willing to work in a cleanroom environment, comply with ESD requirements, and work on shifts as required.
A leader in advanced technologies of hyperscale datacenters, AI, and edge computing.
