Responsibilities
Transport Operations Manager (Bus Operations/Maintenance)
plans, directs, and evaluates passenger transport services and vehicle upkeep, excluding port or shipping facilities.
Fleet & Maintenance Oversight:
Track routine and corrective maintenance schedules for bus fleets to minimize downtime.
Operations & Scheduling:
Manage daily deployment, route optimization, and driver assignments.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to local land transport regulations, LTA standards, and safety frameworks.
Manpower Management:
Supervise, train, and coordinate drivers, technical staff, and depot personnel.
Budget & Resource Control:
Monitor operational costs, fuel efficiency, and vendor contracts
