Position Purpose

To develop, manage and maintain engaging digital content and visual materials for the Company’s supermarket and bundle businesses across various social media platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent content production, strengthening the brands’ online presence, and supporting marketing campaigns through creative content and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the Company’s social media platforms for both the supermarket and bundle businesses.
• Plan, prepare and publish content consistently across relevant social media platforms.
• Ensure content is aligned with the respective brand image, promotional activities and marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement and relevant content opportunities to improve the Company’s online presence.

Content Creation

• Develop creative and engaging content, including photos, videos, short-form videos, promotional content and other social media materials.
• Ensure sufficient and consistent content is produced and published for both supermarket and bundle businesses.
• Work closely with Live Hosts, outlet staff and other relevant team members to plan and produce content.
• Assist in content planning, including identifying suitable topics, promotions, products, activities and trends for content creation.
• Capture and produce content at outlets or other relevant locations when required.

Graphic Design

• Design creative and visually appealing materials for marketing campaigns, promotions and business activities.
• Prepare artwork for various purposes, including promotional campaigns, job vacancy advertisements, staff uniforms, notices, social media posts and other Company materials as required.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the Company’s branding, visual identity and communication requirements.
• Make amendments and revisions to artwork based on feedback from the relevant department or management.

Collaboration & Support

• Collaborate with the Live Hosts, outlet staff and other departments to ensure smooth execution of content and promotional activities.
• Support the Company’s marketing and promotional initiatives through creative content and visual materials.
• Perform other relevant content creation, social media and graphic design duties as assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing or other related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and Canva.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and basic photo/video editing software is an added advantage.
• Exposure to content creation and familiarity with current social media platforms, trends and content formats.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, visual composition, layout, typography and branding.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate fresh and relevant content ideas.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Live Hosts and other team members.
• Able to manage multiple content and design tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Willing to travel to outlets or other locations when required for content production.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with relevant portfolio or practical experience in content creation and graphic design will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
