We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to manage daily payment transactions and provide excellent customer service. The candidate will handle cash, card payments, order processing, and assist in maintaining smooth front counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payments (cash, card, online transfer, etc.)
• Operate POS/cash register system accurately
• Issue receipts and process transactions efficiently
• Assist customers with orders and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter area
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports
• Coordinate with kitchen/service crew to ensure smooth operations
• Report any payment discrepancies or issues to management

Requirements:

• Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Familiar with POS system is an advantage
• No experience required (training provided)

Preferred:

• Experience in cashier, retail, café, or restaurant operations
• Basic computer skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
