Job Scope:

• Support the identification of training needs and assist in developing suitable learning and development programmes.

• Coordinate training programmes, including course registration, scheduling, participant enrolment, logistics and communication with trainers or providers.

• Prepare and maintain training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources.

• Support the delivery of onboarding, induction programmes, employee engagement activities and other learning initiatives.

• Maintain training records and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

• Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of performance-related processes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.

• Candidate with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a technical, industrial, , engineering, energy, oil & gas are welcome to apply.
