Appointment Setter (Commission-Based) | JNA Real Estate

About the role

We're a real estate team focused on property investment and asset progression. We're looking for a motivated appointment setter to connect with homeowners and investors by phone and book consultations with our team.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of contacts
• Hold short, helpful conversations to understand each person's property situation
• Book qualified appointments for our team
• Keep simple records of calls and outcomes

What you'll earn

• 20% of the commission from every closed deal that came from an appointment you set
• Example: if a deal earns $40,000 in commission, you receive $8,000
• No cap on earnings
• Payout: [timing, e.g. within X days of the agency releasing commission]

What we provide

• Contact lists, so you don't need to source leads

Who we're looking for

• Good command of English and Mandarin, to serve our Mandarin-speaking clients
• Clear, confident communicator
• Coachable and quick-thinking
• Genuinely curious about real estate
• Self-driven, comfortable with a performance-based role
• No prior experience needed

Target: 20 appointments per month
