Glad2Glow Malaysia is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with our teams and drive impactful people strategies. Join our growing team and play a key role in shaping our people, culture, and organisational growth while supporting the business in achieving its goals!

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals
• Drive talent acquisition and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage performance management and employee relations matters
• Advise managers on HR practices and disciplinary actions
• Support organizational change and ensure labour law compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations and performance management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
