We're looking for a reliable Cashier who can keep payments accurate, queues moving and guest interactions friendly in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

What We're Looking For

• Cashier or customer service experience is an advantage
• Mandarin speaker required
• Basic knowledge of POS systems & payment procedures
• Comfortable handling cash, cards & e-payments
• Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Trustworthy when handling money & financial records
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends & public holidays

What You'll Handle

• Process cash, card & e-payment transactions
• Prepare bills and issue receipts
• Verify orders before collecting payment
• Coordinate billing matters with service staff
• Maintain and manage the daily cash float
• Reconcile collections at the end of each shift
• Prepare basic shift reports
• Process approved refunds, discounts & voids
• Respond to guest billing enquiries
• Keep the cashier counter & POS area organised
• Report payment discrepancies or system issues
• Maintain accurate and confidential transaction records
• Support front-of-house operations during busy periods
