Bee-Live Store Barista

Position: Store Barista
Working Hours: 12-hour shift, including 1-hour break

Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and excellent customer service to all customers
• Take customer orders and handle cashier/POS transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve Bee-Live bubble tea and other beverages according to recipes and SOPs
• Prepare fresh crepes and other food items according to company standards
• Recommend products and actively upsell drinks, crepes, toppings and promotions
• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude when interacting with customers
• Keep the store, preparation areas, equipment and dining area clean and tidy
• Perform opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and stock checks
• Ensure food, beverage and hygiene standards are consistently followed
• Check and replenish ingredients, toppings, packaging and other store supplies
• Work efficiently during peak periods while maintaining product quality and service standards
• Perform other duties related to daily store operations as assigned

Requirements

• Positive and friendly attitude with good customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B environment
• Willing to learn drink and crepe preparation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, punctual and hardworking
• F&B or bubble-tea experience is an advantage, but training will be provided
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
