Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B industrial sales.

Experience in industrial automation, machinery, semiconductor, electronics, or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Good communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Table & VLOOKUP).

Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.

Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

Handle customer sales enquiries and provide product recommendations or solutions.

Prepare quotations and process customer purchase orders.

Follow up on outstanding quotations and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support account retention.

Coordinate with internal teams, including Customer Service and Shipping, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Maintain accurate customer databases and sales records.

Support customer account registration and enquiries through online platforms.

Assist with credit and collection-related matters.

Occasionally visit customers to understand requirements and strengthen relationships.

Work closely with field sales teams for potential key accounts.
