Atleast 1 year of experience in social media advertising, media buying, performance marketing, or digital advertising.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is required.

Experience with TikTok Ads Manager is preferred. Familiar with campaign objectives such as awareness, traffic, lead generation, conversion, app install, retargeting, and remarketing.

Strong understanding of paid ads metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, CVR, and frequency.

Able to analyze data and make optimization decisions based on performance.

Basic understanding of ad creatives, copywriting angles, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Able to coordinate with designers, editors, content creators, agencies, and outsource partners.

Strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline.

Able to work on-site in Malaysia.

Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.

Manage Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant social ad platforms.

Handle campaign setup including campaign objective, audience targeting, budget allocation, placement, creative testing, and tracking setup.

Monitor key advertising metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality, and retention quality.

Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, audience, landing pages, placements, and bidding strategy. Work with content creators, designers, video editors, and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creatives.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization suggestions. Manage internal ad accounts and ensure campaigns are running according to target KPI and budget plan.

Coordinate with outsource media buyers, agencies, affiliates, and vendors for paid social campaigns.

Review outsource campaign performance, traffic quality, lead quality, conversion quality, and ROI.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly advertising reports.

Research competitors' ads, creative angles, offers, landing pages, and marketing funnels.

Ensure all advertising activities follow company direction, platform policy, brand guideline, and compliance requirements.

Identify new paid social opportunities and recommend scaling or budget adjustments based on performance.
