職責

一般客戶服務查詢(聯絡客人有關送貨安排、處理客戶查詢或投訴)、資料輸入、訂單跟進等

負責與物流團隊合作處理送貨安排,協助管理物流車隊

處理車隊系統及文件

要求

中五或以上程度及1-2年有關工作經驗

具有基本電腦操作知識(MS Word, Excel)及懂中文打字

具責任感、能獨立工作及解決問題

工作地點: 粉嶺
