Job Summary:
Basic up to $3000
Variable Bonus
Monday - Friday: 9am - 6pm
Location: Tampines area
Experience: Open to candidates with or without experience; training provided
Stable Electronics and Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry
Job Scope:
Handle office administration, document filing, scanning, and email/phone correspondence.
Prepare quotations, sales and purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods receive notes.
Coordinate local/overseas deliveries, shipment tracking, invoice follow-ups, and project updates.
Maintain parts inventory while monitoring purchase orders, supplier pricing, performance, and delivery schedules.
Verify supplier invoices, maintain payment records, and support other ad hoc administrative duties.
