SPM/ Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, retail, vending or multi-site management.

Good communication & people management skills.

Ability to work on weekend & public holiday as per retail schedule.

Ability to manage multiple locations.

Basic reporting knowledge.

Ability to travel between assigned locations.

Ability to work independently.

Possess own transportation.

Manage daily operations and performance of assigned stations.

Supervise and manage Station Person In Charge (SPI).

Monitor chair uptime, maintenance and cleanliness.

Monitor station sales performance, cash collection and operational expenses.

Conduct regular site visit and follow up on operational issues.

Coordinate technical escalations, installations, relocations and withdrawals with Regional Manager.
