We are hiring an IT Project / Operations Manager to drive IT initiatives and operational excellence. The role covers requirements gathering, technical solution assessment, project and change management, solution deployment and 24/7 IT operations. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to deliver reliable, secure and compliant solutions while driving process improvements.

Hiring IT Operations/Project Manager for a leading company in Singapore, operating and delivering large-scale, technology-driven operations and services.

• • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT technical, project or operations roles.
  • Working knowledge of Networking, System Administration and Cyber Security principles to support IT system management, operations and maintenance.
  • Gather and analyse business/user requirements and translate them into appropriate technology solutions.
  • Work with technical teams and vendors to define solutions, KPIs and service outcomes.
  • Manage IT projects end-to-end, including planning, deployment, testing and change management.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.
  • Support 24/7 IT operations, maintenance, compliance and system renewal activities.
  • Manage IT Managed Services and monitor vendor performance against agreed requirements.
  • Monitor system/service performance, investigate issues and support operational improvements.
  • Review and enhance business and IT processes as part of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective IT service delivery.
