BIM Modeller (MEP /ELECTRICAL)
Site: Alexandra Hospital
Work Week: 6-Day Work Week
Job Scope
Prepare and manage electrical shop drawings, support MEP BIM modelling and documentation,
Assist the project team to ensure successful project completion.
Job Description
Prepare detailed Electrical shop drawings based on as-built drawings and submit within project timelines.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and technical requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to update and amend drawings accurately for project coordination.
Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for record-keeping and BIM process submissions.
Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments as required
SKILLS | EDUCTIONAL REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MEP Modelling in Revit.
ITE / Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
