Job Summary

Lead and manage event projects from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction, budget control, and smooth onsite delivery while coordinating teams and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects independently from conceptualisation, planning, budgeting, production, to onsite execution to deliver successful events
• Manage client expectations by preparing presentations, maintaining timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet requirements
• Coordinate creative teams, fabricators, production vendors, venues, technical suppliers, and manpower to ensure seamless project execution
• Oversee project budgets, prepare quotations, control costs, and ensure profitability of events
• Troubleshoot unexpected challenges to maintain safety, smooth operations, and on-schedule delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in events, experiential, advertising, or activation agencies
• Proven ability to independently manage brand activations, launches, roadshows, exhibitions, or corporate events
• Strong skills in project management, budgeting, vendor management, and client servicing
• Ability to remain confident, organised, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Willingness to work onsite during events including occasional evenings or weekends
• Availability to join immediately or within two weeks is advantageous
