Responsibilities
Provide professional reception services and ensure guests and VIP visitors receive a welcoming and positive experience.
Coordinate VIP arrivals, departures, and meeting arrangements with attention to detail and professionalism.
Handle front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, visitor registration, and access management.
Manage meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments and hospitality services as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to support executive visits, guest requests, and daily operational needs.
Maintain reception and guest areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition in line with company standards.
