IFAST Corporation Hiring! Full Time Operations Executive (US Support) | Night Shift Support in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Support operational process for securities clearing & settlements on NSCC/DTCC
• Perform daily cash reconciliation on Backend system vs bank records
• Implement daily reconciliation of shareholdings and resolve discrepancies
• Process corporate action events which include drafting of correspondences to our end clients & business partners
• Process transfer instructions
• Proactively initiate system enhancements to bridge gaps and smoothen the operational BAU process
• Project Development and Testing
  > Partake in ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time
  > Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects/applications in the team.
• General Administration
  > Handle backroom enquiries from all internal stakeholders
  > Provide general administration and support to operations department.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting such as Form Custody report
• Assist in the preparation of daily reporting such as CAT Daily Review

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered.
• Degree holder in Finance, Business or any related discipline.
• Knowledge of Settlement & Security transfer functions would be an advantage.
• Great organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and have a sense of responsibility.
• Must be willing to work night shift and on Malaysia Public Holidays.
