PTP Processing Senior Executive | Petaling Jaya | 6-Month Contract

Our client, a globally recognised manufacturing organisation, is seeking a PTP Processing Senior Executive to join their finance shared services team in Petaling Jaya on a 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role at the centre of purchase-to-pay operations, covering the full invoice cycle from receipt through to resolution.

The Role

Taking ownership of end-to-end PTP processing, you will:

• Receive, pre-validate and scan invoices, monitor digitisation processes and resolve errors promptly
• Perform manual and automatic invoice matching across direct materials, finished goods and indirect spend
• Analyse GRIR accounts, investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions on quantity and price error reports
• Manage FI invoice coding, the approvals process and travel expense report validation
• Prepare GL reconciliations and support month-end close activities including reclassifications and adjustments
• Handle internal and external PTP queries and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you bring:

• 2-5 years of experience in PTP or accounts payable processing
• Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with invoice scanning systems
• A solid understanding of GRIR accounts and GL reconciliation processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities within SLA timelines
