Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on FoodServices Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, café,deli, or food service establishment. The Store Manager will be responsible forensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining excellent customerservice, consistent food quality, operational efficiency, and compliance withfood safety and health standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, including ordertaking, front-of-house activities, cashiering, and overall customer service.
Prepare staff schedules, assign shifts andresponsibilities, and ensure adequate staffing and efficient floor coverage.
Recruit, train, onboard, coach, supervise, andmanage employees to maintain high performance and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate theordering of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other operationalsupplies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, Food Service Manager, or in a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge and experience using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and restaurant or food service management software.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
