• 1. Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field. See the education field above for the minimum qualification to confirm.2. 5–8 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations, including at least 3 years managing or supervising warehouse teams.3. Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and handling customer service requirements. Direct warehouse experience is prioritized. Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, cold chain, frozen food or food distribution is preferred, especially with similar product categories.4. Knowledge of material handling, FIFO/FEFO, product traceability and food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP. Knowledge of FSSC 22000 is preferred.5. Familiarity with cold storage and temperature-controlled warehouse operations. Experience using WMS, ERP and Microsoft Office.6. Strong team leadership, planning, problem-solving, reporting, budgeting, cost control and stakeholder communication skills.7. Professional certification in warehousing, logistics, food safety or supply chain management is an advantage.8. Mandarin proficiency is required.9. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Must be available to work on Saturday or Sunday if an urgent situation arises.

1. Lead receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment and dispatch. Improve warehouse layout and material flow to meet productivity, quality and service targets.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and apply FIFO/FEFO. Run cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
3. Maintain HACCP, GMP and FSMS compliance. Oversee sanitation and pest control, and support audits and staff training.
4. Monitor cold-chain temperatures, refrigeration equipment and temperature records. Coordinate emergency responses to temperature excursions or equipment failures.
5. Lead and coach warehouse supervisors and staff. Manage workforce planning, scheduling, attendance, training and performance.
6. Conduct safety inspections, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. Ensure safe use of forklifts, racking and warehouse facilities.
7. Coordinate with production, planning, transport and customer service teams to fulfill orders accurately and on time, and resolve urgent delivery issues.
8. Manage warehouse budgets and operating costs. Use WMS and ERP to track performance, prepare reports and lead Lean, 5S, Kaizen and applicable automation initiatives.
