We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a team of General Insurance Specialists, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
• Drive business growth by improving sales conversion and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor daily operations, workforce productivity, and call queue efficiency.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through consistent service quality and timely handling of enquiries.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness.
• Foster a positive team culture while supporting employee development and retention.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in the general insurance industry.
• Working experience, knowledge and deep understanding of general insurance products.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Relevant insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, and HI will be an advantage.

Only candidates who has relevant experience in customer service, telesales or contact centre within general insurance industry will be considered.
