We are an influencer and digital marketing agency seeking a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to join our growing team as an Account Cum HR & Talent Management Executive.

This role combines accounting, HR administration, and influencer/talent coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing internal HR operations while supporting influencer onboarding, talent coordination, and payment management.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance

• Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and financial records
• Manage payment processing for influencers, talents, and vendors
• Assist in payroll processing, claims, and monthly financial reporting
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and related parties
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and records

HR & Administration

• Manage staff attendance, leave records, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS matters
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and administrative coordination
• Assist in office administration and operational support

Influencer & Talent Management

• Assist in sourcing and recruiting influencers, KOLs, and content creators
• Coordinate influencer onboarding and database management
• Communicate with talents regarding campaign schedules, deliverables, and payments
• Support influencer campaign coordination and talent relationship management
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking for talent agreements and payments

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, HR, or accounting is an added advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in influencer marketing are encouraged to apply
