Responsibilities
Role: Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Exp: 5+yrs
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent role, preferably within Agile projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business/Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Good planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and provide project updates to both technical and business users.
• Experience supporting project coordination and monitoring, including:
o Asset management
o Resource tracking
o Meeting logistics
o Service and change request processing
o Records and document management
o Coordination with vendors and internal teams
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, including:
o Business process mapping
o Design thinking
o Preparation of requirement specifications
o Flowcharts and logical diagrams
o Process improvement
o Testing
• The role also functions as an Assistant Project Manager, supporting a manager in project delivery.
