Responsibilities include:

· Conduct product application testing and troubleshooting.

· Provide on-site support including system setup, adjustment, and fine-tuning.

· Assist Sales with on-site product presentations when required.

· Identify opportunities to improve department efficiency and support improvement projects.

· Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

· Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Good communication and active listening skills.

· Able to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Able to explain technical information in a simple and clear manner.

· Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
