Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities to maintain accurate customer balances.
- Process order-to-cash transactions in a timely and organised manner.
- Review customer account information and resolve discrepancies where identified.
- Prepare and maintain finance records to support clear reporting and follow-up.
- Monitor outstanding items and coordinate actions to keep account information current.
- Work with relevant internal teams to address billing and payment queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation for accounts receivable and order-to-cash activities.
A Successful 'AR/OTC Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker)' Should Have
- Capability in accounts receivable processes and customer account management.
- Knowledge of order-to-cash activities, including billing and payment follow-up.
- Ability to review financial information accurately and identify discrepancies.
- Vietnamese language capability to support relevant stakeholder communication, spoken & written.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate finance documentation.
- Confidence in managing finance queries in a professional manner.
- Permanent employment contract.
