• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and SLA/KPI performance
• Lead ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request & Service Level Management)
• Drive service improvements and operational excellence
• Manage stakeholder, customer, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, risk, and audit requirements
• Proven IT Service Delivery/ITSM experience
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken & written) required to support Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
• Must have the legal right to work in Malaysia (no sponsorship available)

Job Type: Contract
