CP Manufacturing Hiring! Full Time Lab Chemist in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Overall responsible for:

· Supporting the Head of Quality Assurance (HQA) / Quality Assurance Manager in the daily operational running of the QA department.

· Executing rigorous chemical inspections and laboratory testing procedures to maintain the highest standards of product quality.

· Assisting in research and development initiatives for new formulations while actively upholding and auditing the plant's integrated QHSE management system.

1. Laboratory Testing & Quality Control

· Perform meticulous inspections and chemical tests strictly as detailed in established testing procedures.

· Coordinate and conduct new laboratory testing methodologies under the guidance of the HQA.

· Build quality into all aspects of daily work by maintaining strict compliance with operational quality parameters.

2. Research & Development (R&D) Support

· Collaborate closely with the HQA and HR&D to assist in the research, design, and development phases of new product formulations.

· Provide technical assistance and data analysis for raw material validation during new formulation trials.

3. QHSE Systems & Continuous Improvement

· Assist the HQA in implementing, reviewing, and maintaining the facility's integrated QHSE management system.

· Act as an Internal Auditor for the plant’s QHSE systems to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and company benchmarks.

· Actively initiate, conduct, and participate in targeted Continual Improvement Projects to enhance process efficiency and reduce laboratory waste.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
